Belly Fat Losing Exercises – Use Your Own Bulk As Your Work out Machine

As soon as most people start thinking about belly fat losing exercises, what’s the first thing that comes to mind?  Yep, lots of fancy exercise equipment or the gym. But think about this: in our caveman days, we sure didn’t have gyms or equipment liike that – and we also weren’t fat. So how exactly did our predecessors manage to stay in such great physical shape?

Well, for one thing, they didn’t have high fat and high calorie diets, but neither did they require exercise equipment and routines in order to stay in really good shape like this. The reason?  They used their own bodies as exercise equipment. Our ancestors ran a lot to travel long distances, threw spears and weapons which required strong muscles to kill prey, and climbed trees to reach fruits and nuts they couldn’t have gotten to otherwise.

Of course now, all we have to do is head down to the local grocery store to get food. But we can still use our bodies as simple exercise machines. Belly fat losing exercises don’t need to be complicated.

Really the only exercises you need to perform to lose belly fat using your own body are running and resistance training (for muscle strength). Running, for example, requires only a good pair of shoes – and if you are on soft ground, you can even do it barefoot. Situps, stretches, and chinups can be done without needing any gym equipment whatsoever. The reason these exercises are so effective is because you’re using your own body weight as your resistance.

To summarize, you need to run and do situps, pushups, and stretches when you want to lose belly fat without using exercise equipment. Your own body acts as your resistance and your equipment. Technology is not part of exercise; discipline, on the other hand, is a vital part of it. By doing the right kinds of exercises on a regular basis, and eating a healthy, energy-creating diet without eating more calories than you need, you can lose fat – and maintain a healthy weight for your body.
